Our online ordering system is 100% secure, so you can order online with confidence. Our online payments are processed by an independent third party, PayFast. PayFast is a South African payments processing service which allows you to shop online without disclosing your financial information. At check-out you will be redirected to PayFast to complete the payment process.
Ordering online insures that we obtain all the information necessary to process your order accurately and efficiently. After check-out, an email will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email including a copy of the invoice and the tracking number.
If you wish to check the status of your order please reference your invoice number. Once your order is shipped you can check the status of your shipment using the tracking number.
Order normally ship on the same day they are placed. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship on the next business day. We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours. All orders are shipped via a door to door courier service and are delivered within 24 - 72 hours after dispatch.
A flat fee of ZAR 75.00 is charged for shipping and handling.
We do not have a minimum for orders placed online; however, we do charge a shipping and handling fee of ZAR 75.00.
Out of stock items are removed from the online store and cannot be ordered until we have stock. We do not accept orders for out of stock items. All product specifications are subject to change without notice.
Payment by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) and Offline Purchase
Orders placed by email or PO can be paid for by EFT. The banking information will be provided to you and these orders will only be shipped once payment has been received.
We have a 30 day return policy. A copy of the invoice is required to return or exchange items and you, the buyer, will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition. COD and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders. At our discretion we will refund the return shipping costs and restocking fee in the event that lightbulbmoment shipped incorrect or defective products.
We will exchange LED bulbs only if the value of the bulbs you are returning exactly matches the value of the bulbs you want to exchange them for. If this is the case, send the bulbs back with a copy of the invoice and a note explaining the action you want us to take,. This must take place within 30 days of the purchase. If the values do not match, please send the bulbs back for a refund and place a new order online.
You, the buyer, are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
All of our products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. Unless otherwise noted, all products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase.
